AN ACT
amending section 20-301, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to insurance producers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 20-301, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
20-301. Report of actions
A. Within thirty days after the final disposition of the matter, an insurance producer shall report to the director any administrative action taken against the producer in another jurisdiction or by another governmental agency in this state. The report shall include a copy of the order, consent to order or other relevant dispositive document.
B. Within thirty days after the initial pretrial hearing date the filing date of a criminal conviction in any jurisdiction, an insurance producer who has been convicted shall report the conviction to the director any criminal prosecution of the producer taken in any jurisdiction. The report shall include a copy of the initial indictment, information or complaint filed, the order resulting from the hearing final judgment entered by the court and all other relevant legal documents.
