AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 33, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3313; relating to gambling.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 33, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3313, to read:
13-3313. Live animal prizes; prohibition; classification
A. It is unlawful for any person to give away live animals as a prize for or as an inducement to enter any contest, game or other competition, as an inducement to enter a place of amusement or as an incentive to enter into any business agreement whereby the offer was for the purpose of attracting trade.
