AN ACT

 

amending title 22, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 22‑409; relating to municipal courts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 22, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 22-409, to read:

START_STATUTE22-409.  Days for transaction of business

With the approval of the presiding judge of the municipal court, the municipal court may transact business on the second Monday in October if the city or town is open for the transaction of business on that day. END_STATUTE
