Page 2, between lines 2 and 3, insert:
"7. The seller refused to cooperate with the plaintiff in locating the appropriate manufacturer of the product or to furnish relevant information about the product or seller of the product in a reasonable period of time, or both.
8. The manufacturer of the product at issue is unavailable for service of process under the laws of this state, any other state or a treaty with the United States.
9. The manufacturer of the product at issue refuses to appear in a court in this state."
