Line 11, after the period insert "The director:
1. Shall cooperate and coordinate with other law enforcement agencies and consult with those agencies regarding activity and investigations related to this section.
2. may appoint a law enforcement authority as a designee under this section. The director may enter into intergovernmental agreements for purposes of this section."
