FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 560 as passed the House of Representatives would increase the administrative obligations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to adopt rules by January 1, 2022 regarding allowing retailers, licensed to sell beer or wine for off-premises consumption, to sell beer, table wine, or both through a “drive-up,” “walk-up,” or “drive-through” window or any other type of exterior access as provided by this bill.
