Summary

Requires the Defense Commissary Agency (DCA) to operate an enhanced commissary store (store) at Naval Air Station, Brunswick, Maine, and authorizes the DCA to operate a store at a military installation designated for closure or realignment under a defense base closure law. Allows such stores to sell, in addition to regularly-permitted merchandise, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and items in such other merchandise categories as the Secretary of Defense may authorize. Allows the Secretary to retain sale profits to offset the cost of store operation.
