CHAPTER 630 An Act to authorize the issuance of special license plates for supporters of curing childhood cancer bearing the legend CURE CHILDHOOD CANCER. [H 1319] Approved March 26, 2015

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. Special license plates for supporters of curing childhood cancer bearing the legend CURE CHILDHOOD CANCER.

On receipt of an application and following the provisions of §46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall issue to the applicant special license plates for supporters of curing childhood cancer bearing the legend CURE CHILDHOOD CANCER.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
