Summary

Endangered and threatened species. Consolidates the endangered plant and insect species program administered by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Virginia Natural Area Preserve Program and Cave Protection Program administered by the Department of Conservation and Recreation, and the endangered fish and wildlife program, into one program administered by the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries
