Summary
Virginia Water Protection Permit; fee exemption; U.S. Navy. Extends the exemption from fee requirements for a Virginia Water Protection Permit to dredging activities performed by the Department of the Navy. Dredging operations sponsored by the Army Corps of Engineers are already exempted from such fees.
