Supports the goals and ideals of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, as designated by the National Cyber Security Alliance, the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other organizations working to improve cyber security in the United States. Continues to work with federal agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations in enhancing the state of cyber security in the United States. Congratulates the National Security Alliance, the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center, DHS, and other organizations working to improve cyber security in the United States on the sixth anniversary of the National Cyber Security Month during October 2009.
