Summary

School Attendance Improves Lives Act of 2014 - Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act to condition SSI benefits for disabled children aged 16 or 17 on school attendance, except where the Commissioner of Social Security determines that the individual has good medical cause to not attend school for part or all of a month.
