Summary
Consumer Cellphone Number Distribution Protection Act of 2009 - Amends the federal criminal code to impose a fine and/or prison term of up to six months for knowingly disclosing a wireless subscriber's unlisted cell phone number to another, for gain, without the express permission of such subscriber.
