Summary

Help Veterans Return to Work Act - Requires full reinstatement of all appropriate employment and reemployment rights of an individual called away from employment with a small business employer due to active-duty service who subsequently returns, unless the employer can show that such employment or reemployment would impose an undue hardship on the employer.
