Summary
Prohibits defense articles or services from being provided to Iraq unless the President certifies to Congress that Iraq agrees to not use such articles or services or any other U.S.-provided defense articles of defense services within the Kurdistan region of Iraq without the consent of the Kurdistan Regional Government. States that if the President determines that Iraq has used defense articles or defense services in violation of such restrictions no further defense articles or defense services may be provided to Iraq unless the President certifies to Congress that: (1) Iraq has withdrawn such articles or services from Kurdistan, and (2) the Kurdistan Regional Government has approved the provision to Iraq of such further defense articles or services.
Title
To restrict the provision of defense articles and defense services to the Government of Iraq, and for other purposes.
