Summary

Amends the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to extend through FY2013 the special rule relating to eligibility for benefits under title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act for certain aliens and victims of trafficking.
