| relating to the allocation of certain revenue from the tax on the | ||
| sale, rental, and use of motor vehicles to the Texas Mobility Fund. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter G, Chapter 152, Tax Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Section 152.1223 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 152.1223. ALLOCATION OF CERTAIN TAX REVENUE TO TEXAS | ||
| MOBILITY FUND. (a) Notwithstanding Sections 152.122 and | ||
| 152.1222, each fiscal year the comptroller shall deposit to the | ||
| credit of the Texas Mobility Fund the amount received under this | ||
| chapter that exceeds the amount the comptroller received under this | ||
| chapter for fiscal year 2011. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. | ||
