Bill Title: As introduced, allows, until such time as the federal government reimburses Tennessee for monies erroneously received in connection with individuals erroneously enrolled in the Medicaid program, the commissioner of commerce and insurance to project income for any applicant on a state-based insurance exchange that would make such person ineligible for Medicaid; Tennessee will not be obligated to reimburse the federal government for erroneous payments if the applicant is subsequently determined eligible for Medicaid. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 18; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
