Summary
As introduced, authorizes capitol police who have completed certain law enforcement training to have law enforcement powers throughout the state; authorizes capitol police to be employed as a security guard/officer for a private business licensed by the state. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 20; Title 38 and Title 62, Chapter 35, Part 1.
