Summary

As introduced, encourages LEAs to work with area hospitals and doctors, as well as Project ADAM, a nonprofit organization serving children through life-saving programs that help prevent sudden cardiac arrest, in developing informational programs for faculty, staff and students on sudden cardiac arrest and in obtaining AEDs for LEA schools. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 68.
