Summary
Require The Legislative Audit Council To Audit Every Three Years A Program Of The Department Of Social Services To Be Determined In Consultation With The House Judiciary Committee And Senate General Committee And To Authorize The Legislative Audit Council To Seek Reimbursement Of Audit Costs From The Department Of Social Services Under Certain Circumstances; And To Make Technical Changes.
