Summary

Remove Mandatory Minimum Penalties And Allow Persons Who Commit Certain Controlled Substance Offenses To Be Paroled And Participate In Supervised Furlough, Community Service, Work Release, Work Credits, Education Credits, And Good Conduct Credits Programs; And To Create A Study Committee To Review The State's Drug Laws, To Provide For The Membership And Staffing Of The Study Committee, And To Provide For The Study Committee's Termination.
