An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Public Welfare Code, further providing for regulations as to employment, work-related activities and training, for meeting special needs, work supports and incentives, for the Assistance Recipient Identification Program, for administration of assistance and related functions and for eligibility; providing for residence requirements for county assistance offices and for fraud reporting to Inspector General; and abrogating a regulation.
