An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing, in child protective services, for definitions, for persons required to report suspected child abuse and for reporting procedure; providing for immunity; and further providing for establishment of pending complaint file, Statewide central register and file of unfounded reports, for continuous availability of department, for disposition of complaints received, for information in pending complaint and unfounded report files, for disposition of unfounded reports, for disposition of founded and indicated reports, for release of information in confidential reports, for cooperation of other agencies, for reports to Governor and General Assembly, for students in public and private schools and for responsibilities of county agency for child protective status.
