To enact section 5.2296 of the Revised Code to

designate May as "Asthma Awareness Month" and to

designate May 5 as "Childhood Asthma Awareness

Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5.2296 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5.2296.  The month of May is designated as "Asthma	7
Awareness Month."	8

The fifth day of May is designated as "Childhood Asthma	9
Awareness Day."	10
