BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.311 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.311. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
| number three hundred nine, running in a northwesterly and | 8 |
| southeasterly direction, commencing at the intersection of that | 9 |
| road and piquad road and extending to the intersection of that | 10 |
| road and baty road in Allen county only, shall be known as the | 11 |
| "Captain Dennis Pintor Memorial Highway." | 12 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
