A BILL
To require the Director of Budget and Management to 1
transfer cash from the General Revenue Fund to the 2
Local Government Fund and to make an 3
appropriation.4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, 5
prior to June 30, 2015, the Director of Budget and Management 6
shall transfer $404,000,000 cash from the General Revenue Fund to 7
the Local Government Fund (Fund 7069). The transferred cash is 8
hereby appropriated. Transferred funds shall be distributed to 9
local government entities in accordance with the current 10
distribution methodologies specified in law.11
