A BILL

To require the Director of Budget and Management to

transfer cash from the General Revenue Fund to the

Local Government Fund and to make an

appropriation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary,	5
prior to June 30, 2015, the Director of Budget and Management	6
shall transfer $404,000,000 cash from the General Revenue Fund to	7
the Local Government Fund (Fund 7069). The transferred cash is	8
hereby appropriated. Transferred funds shall be distributed to	9
local government entities in accordance with the current	10
distribution methodologies specified in law.	11
