Summary

To amend sections 4111.03, 4111.05, 4111.10, 4111.13, and 4111.99 and to enact section 4111.031 of the Revised Code to give private sector employers the option to offer and employees the option to accrue and use compensatory time off in lieu of monetary overtime compensation.
