To amend Section 757.10 of Am. Sub. H.B. 153 of the 129th General Assembly to increase Local Government Fund distributions to equal, for the remaining months of fiscal year 2012, 3% over fiscal year 2011 levels and, for fiscal year 2013, 6% over fiscal year 2011 levels.
