Summary
To enact section 311.43 of the Revised Code to generally authorize a sheriff whose office is monitoring an offender or delinquent child pursuant to an electronic monitoring order or requirement of a court, the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, or the Department of Youth Services to charge the offender or delinquent child a fee for the monitoring.
