To amend sections 5747.08 and 5747.98 and to enact sections 718.17, 3333.51, and 5747.81 of the Revised Code to grant an income tax credit to individuals who earn degrees in science, technology, engineering, or math-based fields of study and to authorize municipal corporations to grant a credit to individuals qualifying for the state credit.
