H.B. 125 of the 127th General Assembly, as subsequently amended, to establish the Patient Centered Medical Home Education Pilot Project, to authorize implementation of a primary care component of the Choose Ohio First Scholarship Program, to extend the moratorium concerning most favored nation clauses in hospital contracts, to revise the law governing the Medicaid reimbursement for nursing facilities' tax costs, and to declare an emergency.
