       Introduced  by Sen. NOZZOLIO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
       AN ACT relating to part-time police officer positions  in  the  town  of
         Seneca Falls in Seneca county
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the  contra-
    2  ry,  part-time  police officer positions in the town of Seneca Falls, in
    3  the county of Seneca, shall  be  deemed  non-competitive  positions  for
    4  purposes of civil service.
    5    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
