       AN ACT to amend chapter 192 of the laws of 2011, relating to authorizing
         certain health care professionals licensed to practice in other juris-
         dictions to practice in this state in connection with an  event  sanc-
         tioned  by  New  York Road Runners, in relation to the dates when such
         authorization is effective
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Subdivision  d of section 1 of chapter 192 of the laws of
    2  2011, relating to authorizing certain health care professionals licensed
    3  to practice  in  other  jurisdictions  to  practice  in  this  state  in
    4  connection with an event sanctioned by New York Road Runners, as amended
    5  by chapter 4 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
    6    d.  the Bronx half marathon scheduled to be held on September [21] 28,
    7  2014;
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided that the  amend-
    9  ments  to  section 1 of chapter 192 of the laws of 2011, made by section
   10  one of this act, shall not affect the expiration  of  such  section  and
   11  shall be deemed repealed therewith.
