Summary
Removes minors under 17 years of age who are hand harvest workers at the same farm as his parent or guardian, from the definition of "employee" for purposes of standards for farm workers; requires the payment of overtime to farm workers; establishes the advisory council on minimum wage standards for farm workers; provides for 1 day of rest a week for farm workers, unless the worker waives such day of rest.
