Summary

Increases the funeral expenses payable for volunteer firemen to $7,500.00, provided that the firefighter does not die from injuries received in the line of duty. A lump sum of $100,000 shall be payable to a surviving spouse, or to the executor or administrator of the estate if there is no surviving spouse. A lump sum of $25,000 is also paid for each surviving child under the age of eighteen.
