Summary
This bill establishes the summer employment program for the purpose of engaging local providers in the. development of summer employment for youth.
Title
Establishes the summer employment program for youths between the ages of fourteen and twenty-one to be administered by the labor department; local community-based organizations and government entities shall be eligible to receive funds under this program job positions to be from the public and non-profit sectors.
