AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF POPLARVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, IN THEIR DISCRETION, TO ALLOW THE POPLARVILLE HISTORICAL PRESERVATION SOCIETY TO USE CERTAIN OFFICE SPACE RENT FREE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the City of Poplarville, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to allow the Poplarville Historical Society, a Mississippi nonprofit corporation, to use certain office space contained in a building located at 101 North Main Street in the City of Poplarville, Mississippi, rent free upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the governing authorities.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
