An Act To Provide That The Mississippi Department Of Corrections May Operate A Visitation Program For Married Offenders And Their Nonincarcerated Spouses; To Authorize The Commissioner Of The Department Of Corrections To Promulgate Rules And Regulations For The Program; To Provide That The Offender Or The Offender's Spouse Must Pay The Costs Associated With The Program; And For Related Purposes.
