Summary

An Act To Amend Section 31-5-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That 20% Of The Qualified Individuals Submitted By The Mississippi Department Of Employment Security To Contractors For Public Works That Utilize Funds Received By State Or Local Individuals Under The R.e.s.t.o.r.e. Act Or Similar Federal Legislation, Shall Be Qualified Minority Individuals; And For Related Purposes.
