Summary

An Act To Reenact Section 47-5-110, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides That Any Commitment To Any Institution Or Facility Within The Jurisdiction Of The Department Of Corrections Shall Be To The Department Of Corrections And Which Was Repealed By Operation Of Law On July 1, 2011; To Amend The Reenacted Section To Extend The Date Of Repeal To July 1, 2014; And For Related Purposes.
