An Act To Require The State Board Of Education To Develop A Writing Curriculum For Use By Each School District And Establish Rules And Regulations To Be Followed By The Districts To Implement A Writing Curriculum That Includes Instructions On The Fundamentals Of Manuscript Handwriting And Cursive Handwriting Techniques; And For Related Purposes.
