Summary
An Act To Amend Chapter 919, Local And Private Laws Of 1996, As Amended By Chapter 927, Local And Private Laws Of 1999, To Increase The Percentage That The Coahoma County Board Of Supervisors Is Allowed To Expend From The Interest Earned In The Previous Fiscal Year On The Investment Of Monies In The Hospital Reserve Fund; To Provide That Such Interest May Be Expended On Current Expenses Of The County Which Would Otherwise Be Authorized Out Of County General Funds; And For Related Purposes.
