Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-103-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Every State Institution Of Higher Learning And Public Community/junior College, Subject To The Board Of Trustees Of State Institutions Of Higher Learning And The Board Of Trustees Of Any Community/junior College District, To Waive Out-of-state Or Out-of-district Tuition For Any Student Living Within 50 Miles Of A Campus Or Branch Facility Of The University Or District; And For Related Purposes.

IHL and community colleges; may waive out-of-state or out-of-district tuition for students living within 50 miles of campus.
