Property tax; assessments; board of assessors' authority; consolidate into the state tax commission. Amends title & secs. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13a, 13b, 14, 16 & 19 of 1905 PA 282 (MCL 207.3 et seq.) & repeals secs. 1 & 2 of 1905 PA 282 (MCL 207.1 & 207.2).
