Summary

Removing Frederick County from the list of counties whose alcoholic beverages inspectors are prohibited from carrying a weapon when issuing a citation for specified violations; and authorizing an alcoholic beverages inspector in Frederick County to carry a firearm under specified circumstances only if the alcoholic beverages inspector is a retired law enforcement officer.
