In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act expanding the eligibility for creditable buyback for certain National Association of Government Employees .

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1.  Section 383 of Chapter 159 of the Acts of 2000 is hereby amendment by striking out the date “1989” and inserting in place thereof the following date “1981.”
