Status
Summary
Provides that an appointed trustee of the board of directors of a regional water, sewage, or solid waste district may be a ratepayer of the district. Allows a member of the board of certain regional water and sewage districts to receive not more than $125 per day for each day or major part of a day the member devotes to the work of the district (instead of not more than $50 per day).
