Summary
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that in the case of violation of probation, conditional discharge, supervision, or a sentence of county impact incarceration if the defendant accepts or receives intermediate sanctions, the intermediate sanctions may include the use of an electronic monitoring device.
