A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to searches with warrants, so as to provide for the issuance of search warrants authorizing the installation, use, and removal of tracking devices subject to certain conditions; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
